Melter Honey 22kg

Melter Honey is a by-product of the honey extraction and beeswax melting process, hence it's name.  As the beeswax melts the remaining honey is collected for filtering.  The resulting  honey is dark and has a slight caramel taste and texture not unlike molasses.
 
This honey is not recommended for general eating, but is ideal to use as a sugar substitute in the alcohol fermenting and distilling process.
