We source our Honeydew honey from the pristine Beech forests around Nelson Lakes and St Arnaud and extract and pack in our own Tasman Honey extraction facility located in Wakefield.
 
Honeydew will stay runny and is silky smooth to taste with earthy tones and a hint of caramel or toffee type flavour.  Rich dark honey perfect for cooking or just enjoying drizzeled on top of toast, ice cream or yoghurt.
