Honeydew is collected from the Nelson Lakes area and is darker in appearance than multi-floral honey. It has a smooth caramel type taste and is perfect in cooking or using in drinks as doesn't firm up and crystallise in the container making is easy to pour even when cold. Extracted and packed in Tasman Honey extraction facility located in Wakefield.
